Can a company use my image without my permission?
Just wondering what my options are? I already emailed the company.
They're using it for a sex dating site. IN WHICH I REALLY DON'T WANT MY PICTURE ON THERE.My image was stolen from my myspace page. Some friends pointed it out that it was on the site. It's not a nude image, but I really REALLY don't want it on their website!

No, they cannot use your image for this purpose. This happened to someone in the UK a few months ago. She sought out an attorney, who filed a lawsuit on her behalf and won.
